How are we supposed to contact Jotform in an emergency if you don't have phone support?

    You erroneously disabled our account and I need it reinstated immediately.

    How do I get a reply quickly?

    I apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused you. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a phone support right now. We can be contacted by forum and email, but the forum is the fastest way to get a reply, we usually respond within 24 hours. I see that your concern has already been resolved in another thread you have opened, you can check it here: Your form is not activated and account has been fixed.
