Highrise Integration Not Mapping Name Field Properly

    We use Jotform and Highrise, and Highrise integration would be great.

    (We're using Macs, OS/X and Safari browser).

     

    We're having two major problems with your integration at the moment:

    1. When you select a specific integration (e.g. CASE), in the first dropdown, you can't pick the first JotForm field on the form (which is typically the most important one (e.g. name). The list shows everything after that. 

    2. The "Remove Integration" button only stays up for a second or two. If you click it, it does NOT remove the integration.

     

    Love to work with you on improving this, if you guys have the appetite. Meanwhile, though, how do I disable the ones I have already set - as the Remove button doesn't work?

    Hi Tony,

    Upon checking your account, I see that the mapping of the fields seems to be working properly?

     

    If this is not working properly, you should try using the Full Name field under the Quick Tools section. The fields here are designed to work best on integration with mapping fields.
