Conditions on my form don't work after it's been embedded on Wordpress

None of my conditions or rules on this form work once I've embedded that form in my Wordpress site. Initially I used the script tag to embed to Wordpress and then I downloaded the jotform plugin , but the icon of the pencil that was supposed to show up in posts is not visible. Not sure what the next step is.

    This is my form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21765635924966

This is the webpage it is embedded on: http://www.colecommunity.org/resources/event-communication/

I used this script tag to embed it: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformpro.com/jsform/21765635924966"></script>

It seems to work in Chrome, but not in Firefox.

    Thanks!

I see you are having an issue with getting your jotform to work properly after embedding it onto your wordpress website.

I've done a deeper investigation and noticed that your standalone jotform works fine without flaw. What that means is that you are either embedding it wrong or there is an obvious conflict between the form scripts and your website scripts which is most likely breaking it.

Since you said it's a wordpress site I have to ask are you using wordpress.com or wordpress.org as your host? I tried to check this but at the moment I can't really see which one yet.

Please refer to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-version if it is Wordpress.org to make sure you're embedding your jotform properly.

However, if you're using Wordpress.com then please try this guide here instead http://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-Embed-Form-to-Wordpress-com which is slightly different and fully supports jotform with the use of brackets.

Please let us know if you continue to have any further issues with it.

The bottom of the Edit Page looks like this. Is WordPress SEO something that would affect embedding?Conditions on my form dont work after its been embedded on Wordpress Image 1 Screenshot 20

Please replace the standard JS Embed code with an iFrame version. It should prevent possible conflicts between form and other scripts.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello,

I have the same problem but can't figure out how to solve it according to these instructions.

    My jotform is http://www.jotform.com//?formID=50306206420338

The page where I am trying to embed it is : http://bestgiftidea.net/gift-finder/ .

I embed it in the text area as a script using Wordpress option.

There in the page  all the conditions (set in the first question only) are not working.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Appreciate your help.

    @apconsulting2014

We do understand that you're experiencing the same problem but we will look at your issue separately so I have moved your response to a new thread over here.
