A client has asked that an old FrontPage generated form be refreshed to include a capcha script. I know that FP extensions have been eliminated on many servers so the question is: Does anyone know of a simple script that will convert the old, complicated FP form to something usable?

Unfortunately we do not have the script that would convert the FrontPage form to a jotform, but we are happy to assist you in the transition.
If you have tried our JotForm Builder I am sure that you have noticed how easy and fast it is to create new jotforms no matter how complex they are.
Do you have a page where we could see the form so that we can give you any suggestions on what you might need to recreate it?

Thanks a ton Ben,
Here's the page with the old form on it.

You are welcome :)
I took a look at the jotform and it seems that it is something you would have working with JotForm Builder in a very quick time :)
The reason why I say this is that we have the integrations to various payment processors already made for you, so a simple drag and drop is what you need to create the integration - no need for any codding.
The only thing that will take some time is to transfer the products from your form to the jotform itself.
I would recommend next guides:
If you want to have several payment processors on your jotform this would be a good guide to check as well:
Do let us know if you have any questions before, along the way or after setting it up and we would be happy to answer them.

This looks great Ben.
I went ahead and stripped out the proprietary FP bot code and imported the remaining html code into JotForm using the import feature. That has already saved me a lot of time in recreating the extensive fields and individual field content from scratch. After a successful import, a little massaging with JotForm tools and everything looks like it's going to come together without a hitch. The hard part appears to be behind me.
I'll keep you posted....
