I have tested the form on mobile devices and they are not optimized. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do to make my forms look optimized for mobile devices?

There are some ways to make your form mobile responsive.

    1. Enabling the form responsiveness from the Preferences screen

    2. Open the form in the form designer, click on the Form Layout tab and check the "Make this form responsive" option.

    3. Adding the Mobile Responsive widget to your form.

You can check the 3 methods above to see which one gets the desired result.
