    Stripe integration: How to remove the only product above the credit card fields, but still charge them for the same amount?

    Asked by robinowsley on January 08, 2015 at 05:20 PM

    2.  In the 2 browsers (Safari and Chrome for Mac desktop) in which I've viewed the form, the form looks as I would like it to look mostly.  One exception is where it says "upgrade ..." and that is a radio button.  No big deal, but the whole site only offers one thing, and it has been more than adequately described.  I don't suppose there is a way to just remove that entirely?  I selected "just one product" during the integration, as if I understood it correctly, a subscription would produce an ongoing recharge situation, and I don't do that.  It's just unnecessary clutter.

    Hi,

    You can add a custom CSS codes to hide the single product item. But first, you need to pre-select the item by default, take a look at the following screenshot:

    After you pre-select the product item, add the following custom CSS codes to your form:

    input#input_292_1001,  input#input_292_1001 + label {

    display: none;

    }

    Follow this guide to inject: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

    Thanks

    By the way, since you have embedded the form using the source codes method, you would need to re-embed it again after you do the changes.

    Thanks
