    3.  Again, this is not a huge deal, but I don't really need the line toward the bottom followed by the words, "Credit Card."  In part because it's a bit redundant since the words "Credit Card Number" are below, but mostly because I don't know how to make the font and size for the words "Credit Card" match the rest of the form.  Strangely, it seems the right color, but it's a different font and size from the rest of the larger labels?  ???  Is there a way to either fix the font and size or just remove the words "Credit Card" entirely?  Whichever is easiest.

    Hi,

    To remove the line and the word "Credit Card", inject the following custom CSS codes to the form:

    .form-address-table > tbody > tr > th {

    display: none;

    }

    hr {

    display: none;

    }

    To change the Size and Font Family of the word "Credit Card", inject the following custom CSS codes to the form:

    .form-address-table > tbody > tr > th {

    font-family: "Roboto";

    line-height: 26px;

    font-size: 16px;

    font-weight: 500;

    color: #676f7a;

    }

    These codes are the actual codes for the other labels. Inject the codes using the same guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.
