I shared my form as a template, but I can't find it in the template section.

It seems that this link no longer works. How do I create a template that I can share with others in my  group?

You can share the URL of the form you want to use as a template with other users in your group and then they can clone the form into their own accounts.

In order to view the URL of your form, you can select it in My Forms screen and click on More, then you click on View Form.

You'll see a popup window that will show the form and you can see there the URL you need to share.

Or if you want to share it as a template then you can use the Share as Template option instead of the View Form on the "More" menu.
