How to redirect to different form based on radio button selection?Asked by Mark Mutz on January 08, 2015 at 09:40 PM
I'm trying to create a form that will help me with my class registration process. What I want to do is build a form that when I add a radio button with multiple options (e.g.student grade levels 9, 10th, 11th, 12th), when I click on a a button it takes me to another form that only has classes that a 9th grader make take etc. Basically linking a radio button to another page.
If I understand your question correctly, you want to redirect to a different form based on the selection of a radio button. Is that correct?
You can add a condition in your form to check the radio button selection and then redirect to different form by taking advantage of conditional "Change Thank You URL after submission.
Hope this helps.
