I am not receiving emails about made submissions

    I am not receiving my form submissions recently. I have checked it and it seems I have not received any submitted form in my e-mail.

    Hi,

    I took a look at your account and I can see that all emails about submissions have been sent from our side to your server.

    What I would suggest is:

    1. remove SMTP account setup
    2. try submitting over noreply@jotform.com3. set the SMTP account once again.

    After following those steps, please let us know how it goes.
