How to create a barcode based on a unique ID from PHP?

Asked by seandale on January 09, 2015 at 08:17 AM

I created a HTML form wich is sending the data to a MYSQL/PHPmyAdmin page through a PHP section. That works fine. Every record in the DB gets a unique field (reparationID).

Based on the ReparationID I want to create a barcode and print it on a management page. Is this possible in PHP? I have created a big button that must do the action, but i don't know how yet

    Hi,

Do you mean, you want to print the barcode to your Jotform form? I'm not sure if that is possible since we don't have a direct integration or a function that lets you do it to Jotform. But I think there's a workaround, but then again, I'm not sure if that's complicated or not.

If you need to input the barcode to the form, you can use our source codes method: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form. You can manipulate and add an additional function to the form using the source codes.

    Thanks
