    Hello Annemargrethe,

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. It is configured correctly and your email address info@annemargrethe.nl is not in our bounce list as well. You should be receiving the submission emails correctly on the above email address.

I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not? I did check your account "Email history" and found that email was sent successfully. Please check the log below:

    [2015-01-09 11:15:45] Submission #296629345712957643 Form #13005355730 SENT to info@annemargrethe.nl from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES

If you have not received this email, you may like to check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list or domain names. The following guide should help you get the list of domain names:  http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Alternatively, you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option and use SMTP or mandrill to send submission emails from your own email account. The following guides should help you:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
