Form Does Not Correctly Load Fields based From Conditions on First Visit of Page

    Hey JotForm Team,

     

    1.

    my Form does not work if a customer visites the form for the first time.

    if you open the form (first time) it will show everything! even the hidden parts. even the parts, wich should open after a certain condition.

    this does not work with firefox or internet explorer or android tablet.

    if you open the form a 2nd time then it works. but i want it to be fixed.

    if you delete the cookies on the browser. then it does not work again.

     

    how do i solve this problem.

    need help.

    Hi,

    May I know how you embedded your form to your website? Does the form, viewed in it's standard or direct URL, works as expected and no problem? I believe that there's conflict with your scripts to the JotForm when you embedded it. I would suggest that you use the iframe code the of the form instead of the default embed code. 

    Under the Embed Form Wizard, you'll see the iFrame option there. You can also check this guide for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Please do take note that when copying the iframe code, use only those inside the tag <iframe>, don't include the <script> tags.

    Example, this is the iframe code that I will be placing in my website:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/50068314139956" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:624px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

     

     

    After that, please do make a couple of test if it works as expected in your end.

    thank you! with iFrame it works fine with all browsers and also with mobile devices.

    now i have another problem, wich i wil als in a separate question!!!
