It says we are allowed 100 submissions a month. But I just received an email saying I had reached my quota of 10 submissions. Please explain

    Hi,

This is because you have reached the limit for SSL or secured submissions received. You can actually find your limit under your Account settings. For Free plan you'll have 100 regular or non-SSL submissions, 10 SSL submissions and 10 payment submissions. I've informed our back end team to update our pricing page because this is just a new page for our sale plan, the original one does have the complete details of the limits, though.

How's this possible? You are using a secured or SSL-enabled form link by using link found in the embed form here:

To prevent using this you'll need to remove the direct link or the embed form code with https://secure or https:// to websites where you displayed your form and instead using the regular or non-SSL direct link.

I've reduced your quota or SSL limit to 7 but I'll only be able to do this once. Please remove all secure links of your form where you embedded or shared them. Unless, you would like to still use the SSL-enabled form, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan.

    Thank you.
