Not receiving submissions by email.

    I've noticed that my jotform submissions are not being forwarded to the email. I just tested it twice, one was forwarded but the other was not.  The form works but when I check my cpanel, they are not there.

    Thank you for providing detailed information, makes things much easier on us.  I checked the form you mentioned and it appears as though there is not currently a sender email associated with your notification:

    In the form builder, click on the "Emails" tab, then click on your notification.  After that, click on "Reply to and Recipient Settings".  That will bring you the the screen posted above.  Change the sender email to "" and you should be all set.

    Hi!  I've been having the same problem.

    I noticed it happening about 2 weeks ago and saw you suggest this same fix in a similar q&a and double checked my forms, but they were already set up with the sender email as The form seemed to fix itself, but now this has continued happening with other forms
    of ours. Today the problem is with this one:
