Notification Email not working due to sender name issue

    I've had the same problem.  My email is firstname.lastname@... but I also have it setup for just firstname@..

     

    Both email addresses go to the same place.  But, after years of using Jotform, I notice that the forms that I've setup to send to firstname@... are all failing!  The firstname.lastname@... go through just fine ... even though both email addresses work for everything else and point to the same place

    Hi,

    I checked our mail logs for the email addresses associated with your account and it does appear as though the emails for failing to complete.  I also noticed you have just made the change necessary to fix this issue.  Your notification was missing the sender email.  After you changed it to "noreply@jotform.com" it does appear as though your test went through.

    If you are still having trouble with this notification, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  From what I can tell though, it appears you have fixed things already.
