Hi! I've been having the same problem.I noticed it happening about 2 weeks ago and saw you suggest this same fix in a similar q&a and double checked my forms, but they were already set up with the sender email as firstname.lastname@example.org. The form seemed to fix itself, but now this has continued happening with other forms
of ours. Today the problem is with this one: http://eurorivercruises.com/contact/contact.html
