Smooth Signature not allowing submission on our jotforms

    Our volunteer application / work study application have stopped working.  When you fill them out and click submit, the "please wait" stays up forever and we don't get the form.  I just tried it myself after we have gotten a bunch of calls over the last few days.  These forms had all worked and nothing has been changed.  URGENT HELP NEEDED.

    Hi,

    I presume that the issue is caused by the Smooth Signature widget.

    What I would suggest is to open the jotforms to edit and then remove the current Smooth Signature widget and then add a new one.

    This will force it to load the latest version of the signature widget and have your jotform working properly.
