Starter (Free) Account: What is the Payment Submission Limit.

The payment submission limit for Free account is it 10 or 100? Just received a notification for limit of 10.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the limit of how many times can you accept payments on your form? If this is what you are asking, then yes. For Starter (Free) accounts, your monthly payment submission limit is 10. The 100 submissions that you are referring to are normal submissions, these submissions must not include any payment or signed documents. The 10 payment submissions per month cap apply only to free accounts. You will need to upgrade your account if you want to receive more than 10 submissions for payments.
