Solicitar cambio en la traducción | Wrong translation in PayPalPro (CCV)Asked by pacefer4 on January 09, 2015 at 06:36 PM
Hi, I've been watching once I implemented PayPalPro that selecting a card to pay, next to the text field of the card number is a field that is for the CCV. It puts "Spanish" I do not know why but you should change it to CCV.

Thanks, and I hope one URGENT change.
Can you please tell us which of your jotform have the issue you indicated on the screenshot
I checked your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50086966635364
that have Paypal Pro payment tool, but I could not see the same wrong translation.
Please tell us which of your jotform it is, and we will check further.
I'm not using it right now, the jotform that you saw its a template.
You cant see the bug because you can only see the english version.
But dont worry im creating another right now, so you will see it.
Check my joftorms :)
You can see the translation bug in this form :)
Thank you for providing us the details of this bug. I was able to see it
I have immediately corrected this on our Language fixer tool. I change Espanol to Security code also. But it will only take effect if you will add the paypal pro tool on the form again.
Please try adding again the tool (remove and add on your test form)
Let us know if still not fixed.
Nope, i change it again in the test form and doesnt work :(
I was still able to reproduced the bug even after fixing translation in the fixer.
It must be a backend code glitch.
test jotform http://form.jotform.me/form/50091050848451?
I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support to look into it.
We apologize for the inconvenience, we will let you know when really fixed.
Okay, thanks you Jonathan :)
You can click and change "Espanol" string manually to fix the issue.
The cause of the issue was fixed when @jonathan correctly fixed the translation error. But it was cached in DB so you have to manually fix the problems by clicking and editing the errored text.
