Is the unused submission count carry forwarded to next month.

Hi, I'm Ang and currently using the jotform for our event registration. I'm thinking to upgrade to either premium economy plan. May i know, let's say Premium Plan is $45/ year with 1,000 submission:

1) Is it means that my maximum submission per year is 1,000 wtih $45, how if I just used 700 submission per year?     Is the balance of 300 submission will be burnt after one year?

2) If my plan is Economy with 10,000 submission per year, what should I do if my submission is over 10,000 within a year? Can I top up ANY PLAN as per my needs, or I have to top up with the Economy Plan?

Hello Ang,

Please be noted that submission counter are rest on the first day of every month. If you upgrade to premium yearly or economy early subscription, you can receive up to 1000 or 10000 submissions per month respectively as the limits are monthly and NOT yearly. 

Unfortunately the submission limits are not carried forward to next month. Even if you do not reach the submission limit there is noting to worry about because the submission limit is reset next month and you can again receive 1000 or 10000 submissions based on premium or economy plan.
