Forms not forwarding email after being moved to sub-account

    It seems the forms stop working out of the blue. Nothing is being sent via the forms to my email. It goes to the back-end but not forwarding. Our site is live and very important this works. Thanks for your fast reply.

    we currently have 6 forms and all do not work.

    works now! it was set as a sub user. all good!
