We have a client using a Jot form and it is getting a message over quota
Would you be able to temporally lift the quota and advise how to prevent this from happening in the future

I took a look at the jotform and I see that it is under a guest account. This means that we can not offer the same support as if it was under a free account such as the accounts associated with your email (magicdust).
I can still tell you that the account is not near any limit whatsoever. The possible reason is that the jotform is set up with some kind of limits, but being a guest account I can only direct you to where you should look if that is true.
Since it is under a guest account and not associated with anyone, we can always transfer the jotform to your account, together with all acquired data if that would help you?
