I created sub account, is there a way to protect the data and not allow the additional user to delete the data from the forms?

Thank you for contacting us for support. Just to ensure that I am on the same page. You would like to prevent your sub user from making adjustments to your forms or data in the account. As the main user for the Jotform account you can set limitations for the sub user. You can restrict them from making any adjustment to forms or even limit them to which submission they are able to view.
You can review this thread. It provides some details and instructions as to what you can do to limit the sub user's access to your forms and submissions. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the response, I'll rephrase my request: I'd need that my sub user can be able to see and download the submissions but not be able to delete them.
Is it possible?
I read the thread, didn't see an answer there.

Thank you for getting back to me. So basically, you would like your sub users to only view your submissions but not edit them. I did further research into this for you and regrettably the access they have to the form submissions are coupled - both view and edit.
Let me open a ticket for this feature you are requesting. Hopefully our team of developers will provide an option for the master user to determine if a sub user can view only or edit and view forms submissions.
In the mean time, I could recommend generating reports and providing it to the users since you only want them to have view only access to the form submissions. Please view this guide for instructions on how to get this done.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to ask for further assistance if needed.

Any update for this feature? It's good to have only view access, since sometime the form is in real time, we unable to keep on generating the report time to time.

Unfortunately, the feature request is still up. And it seems like this will not be implemented anytime sooner.
I would recommend that you integrate Google spreadsheet to your form, you can then monitor the number of submissions if there are any deletions on it.
