Jotform folder not showing up in dropbox

    I've integrated 2 forms with my dropbox, but they are not showing up in my dropbox. There are not new folders, anything, even though I have successfully gotten through all the steps of integrating these forms with dropbox. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

    Can you please try to recreate your integration again?

    I cloned one of your forms for testing purposes and was able to receive my testing submission in my Dropbox account.

    I also suggest that you clear your browser's cache to see if this helps.
