When trying to access submission forms from my Form List in my back office, nothing shows up...its blank.

Please try to logout from your account, clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform. Login again and then view your form submissions.
Please update this thread with a full page screenshot of the form submissions page if the issue persists so we can check how it looks like to your end.
