Sorry, for me, the problem is still not resolved.
I think I mentioned it somewhere - it will work in IE if you click on "Show ALL Content" - which means that both secure and non-secure contents are shown.
This shows that something is not right, esp. if Facebook requires SSL to be used and if Jotform codes are not SSL-compatible, then the form is not loaded.
What I am trying to describe was also similarly raised by a WordPress user, for a similar problem - Google Maps being posted in Facebook pages. You can read more about this Wordpress finding here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issues-with-https-and-google-maps
It describes the hosting site not liking the mix of encrypted and unencrypted content.

We support secure or SSL forms. Please follow this guide on how to enable it to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.

Thank you for the quick response....will try out your suggestion and test it. Did not know that that existed. Might be the solution for me.
I was also searching in the Jotform Forum and came across this:
"If you choose not to use an SSL version of your form, your form will not be viewable by people browsing Facebook on a secure connection"
...and that does describe the problem I am facing.....

You're welcome! I'm sure that's the solution.
You can also add your form to Facebook pages by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages. Our own static tab method.
