    Submission emails does not display any questions but only "undefined" text.

    We cant read our received forms anymore?

    Al it says is "undifined"

    More than 3 times this week.

    Please help.

    Hello Marloes,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I found that there seems to be some issues with it. It displays "undefined" in the email template. Please check the screenshot below:


    I am not sure what has caused this issue. Did you make any changes to your form recently? I did try to check your form's "Revision History" but it does not show any recent updates.

    It is quite simple to resolve this issue. I would suggest you to delete the existing email alert you have in your form and add a new one. The following guide should help you"
