Unable To Integrate Dropbox on Authentication Window

    I try, it authenticates but after that window closes, it goes back to the Authenticate window. I click Next and it tells me I need to authenticate. What am I missing? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Can you try visiting www.dropbox.com and log in your account there. After that, let that page be opened and go back to www.jotform.com and log in to your account there. Edit the form you want and remove the current Dropbox integration (if you already have one) and add it again, the authenticate message should show and you should click "Allow" for you to proceed. You may also try to use other web browsers like Chrome and Firefox to see if there are any changes.
