Emails not being received after form is submitted

    no longer recieving emails when a form has been submitted.

    Hi,

    Can you please tell us if you get the forum responses?

    I ask since I did not find your email in our bounce list while the email logs show that they were sent and delivered.

    I was checking the email that is associated with your account.

    The logs show me that the issue is that the emails are being forwarded to your spam, bulk or trash folders, either on your email client or the webmail account itself so I would suggest looking for it and marking them as not trash / not junk / not spam.

    Hi, no we've not recieved any of those, they aren't showing in our spam folder either, could it be an issue with the account?

    Hi jackn22,

    The issue maybe that you service provide is prevent the emails from reaching to your inbox. To resolve this issue, you would need to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses so that you can receive the emails into your inbox.
