My account keeps running out of space

    I got a message from Jotform last week that my account had used up all of its allotted submissions, so I upgraded to the Economy package of 10,000 submissions per month. I received an email today that my account has almost used up all 10,000 submissions. There is no way this could be accurate. We are not receiving thousands of submissions within a period of a few days. What could be happening here?

    Hello healthpropress,

    I did check your account and it seems that you have received 9997 submissions in this month. The form which has received most of the submissions is "Email Colleague" #41132557175957 which has received 6770 submissions.

    There are several other forms which has received submissions this month. Do you mean to say that you have not received so many submissions this month. I would suggest you to please take a look at your form & submission and get back to us if you see any issues.
