Invalid Form URL When Opening in Form Designer

    Invalid Form URL This form is not available for this domain. http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50114592335954

    Can you tell me why I get this using the form designer?

    I just changed the url and logged in again to the jotform.eu site and the designer opened, however the left side preview area was blank.  I tried other browsers and still same thing.

     

    Can you Help?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, can you please try closing other browser tabs with JotForm opened on it, and log out and log back in. I've also cleared your form's cache just to make sure, and you can also try clearing your browsers cache. 

    The invalid form URL message usually displays when you're editing your form in form builder and didn't click the "Save" button, after that when you navigate away to the form builder and opening it again, example in the Form Designer, it usually displays that message.
