Form submissions not coming through

I created a new form called "Tea Party". It is a registration form for a special event being held on Jan 17th. On submit they are taken to PayPal to pay a $20 fee. I have set up both the auto responder and notification emails, but even though 5 people have paid (and they can't without first filling out the form) I have gotten no emails AND to make matters worse none are being store here on Jotform. I just filled out the form myself and it is still showing zero submissions. This is terrible because 5 people have signed up and although I have their money I have no idea who they are and I don't have the information I need to register them. Please help! All of my other forms have worked perfectly but I have never made a payment through PayPal a requirement so somehow that is what is mucking things up.

I see you're having an issue with your jotform submissions not coming through.

When I checked this I inspected your jotform but that appears to be alright so far. I then looked checked your jotform submissions themselves and found it doesn't have any submissions. When I viewed them closer they were not completed meaning the user didn't finish the transaction most likely because they closed out the window instead of finishing it after being direct to paypal to finalize the transaction.

Please see https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/. You can click on "Complete Transaction" to send them a notice requesting that they return and finish it.
