How can I export a certain group of nominations to a pdf file rather than getting all of my submissions in the pdf?

My form is a nomination form that receives nominations for approx. 20+ types of nominations.  I would like to export a pdf of just a particular category's nominations into a pdf file for the reviewers assigned to review that particular category.

How can I accomplish this.

Thank you for contacting us for support. I am more than happy to help out. If I am not mistaken, you would like to filter your form submissions report to show nominations of a specific type before exportation. I regret to say that this feature is not available in Jotform. However I will provide a suitable workaround for this obstacle that you have. 

You are not able to filter by category but you can filter by time and download the file in an Excel format that can be converted to PDF at a later date. Just to ensure that I am clear, you would save your submissions as an excel file, use Microsoft Excel (or any other spreadsheet processing application) to do the filter and save the filtered results as a PDF for each category and disperse it among your team.
