Changes to auto response?

    I have a new form for my 2015 activities, but the auto generated email response shows 2014, how can I change this. See top of form below.

    Hi,

    To change the subject line in your notification, open your form in the form builder.  Then click on the "Emails" tab.  After that, select the notification you wish to alter.  You should then see this screen.  The subject is at the top.  Change it to your liking then make sure to click "Finish" in the bottom right corner:
