One of our Trinity employees attempted to open a page which had one of our jot forms embedded and it was not to be found on the page.
We refreshed the page, tried re-embedding the link from JotForm, and even looked at other pages which had jot forms and none were to be found. Is this an internal error with JotForm, or is there something we can do? Thank you. -

Hi,
I checked the website you referenced and your form showed up without issue:
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, I would recommend clearing your browsers cache and cookies to see if that works. If possible also try another web browser.
If you are still unable to see your forms embedded to your website, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

We just tried on two different computers. After refreshing and trying three different browsers we are still experiencing the same problem.
Thank you for your assistance. -

The form is displaying for me too. I've checked it twice in the last hour. It's likely a DNS issue somewhere within your ISP's network or other similar network issues in your area. Could also be the NSA.

Though the previous poster's remark about the NSA is a joke, The DNS issue could be true. I had several of our support staff check your site and the form showed up for everyone:
Are there any errors in place of the form? It may be possible that your company has a firewall that may be blocking your form from loading. As far as I can see from several different sources, your form is indeed working.
