Is there any way I can grab the page URL that my form is on and have that submitted with the user's content?
I've created a little survey that asks people what they think of the article they just read.
I can use this ONE form on multiple articles (pages) if I can somehow get the URL from the page it was submitted from.
Cool if I can do it. Bummers... if I can't.

I presume that this widget would work just as you want it to: Get Referrer
What it does, is it tells you the direct URL if someone uses the form over direct URL and gives you the URL of the page if the form was embedded somewhere.
If you need, you could also use a bit more advanced widgets such as our Analytics widgets.

Thank you for letting us know that this widget is what you are looking for, Alex.
If you need any assistance in setting it up, please open a new thread in our support forum, so that Chris is not getting email alerts needlessly from forum responses on this thread. Thank you.
