unrequire log-in to view uploaded files option

    I’m absolutely confused on what to do. I hate computers and just don’t understand. There great pictures of pages you sent me., I just don’t know what to do with them. I need someone to actually talk me through it.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and saw that you don't have any forms. Can you share the link to your form so that I can check it out and see what’s going on? If you can give us more details about the problem you're having, we will have a better idea of the issue and we'll be able to come up with a solution.

    If you're referring to how to disable Require log-in to view uploaded files option so that you can view the uploaded files without logging in to the Jotform account, it's really easy to do. Let me show you how to do that:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.
    • Go to the Security tab on the left side of the page.
    • Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files option.

    All I’m trying to do is sign an application to be a vendor. I only own a phone, I don’t own or use any other computer. When I go to your site it looks nothing like the photo above. What your trying to tell me to do has no meaning to me. I absolutely don’t understand computer terminology.

    Could you please be more specific and explain what you meant by you are trying to do is sign an application to be a vendor? Since you've contacted us using a guest account (one-time log-in only), are you trying to register with Jotform? If so, please click on this link to create an account. This should work using mobile. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
