    Hi,

Upon checking your form, I see that you have setup your Form Collapses visibility to "Hidden" at the same time you have "Conditions" setup to show them depending on selection made under "Locate a Testimonial" field. You don't need to set the visibility to hidden because in the conditions, when a rule is not met it automatically hides that part of your form.

Just change the visibility to "Visible" and your form collapses should work as expected.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I believe you do need to change all the form collapses' setting. The overall change might be caused by an update to the form builder or something related to the changes made in the form. But, I'm unable to replicate the problem, I added another one but the form collapses stayed visible in my end.

You could also revert to an early version of the form, the version before you add the new form collapse.  You can follow this guide on how to revert back to an earlier version of the form: How To View Form Revision History and Revert Back.

Let us know if you need more assistance on this.

Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

Not sure if I understood your last question correctly. As I've mentioned, if you have set "Conditions" to your form collapses to SHOW on specific rule, that would mean if it is not met it will be hidden. It does not necessarily mean that the settings of the form collapse will be set to hidden, the function of the condition will make it hidden, at least that's how I understand it.

Or, what you might have meant above is that you are just using form collapses to divide the testimonials? You do not actually need the function of the form collapse? Below is a screenshot of that setting:

The above screenshot shows that I have set the Form Collapse "Submit A Testimonial" Visibility to "Hidden" but with a condition that it will show that section when you choose from the drop down box. You'll see that if you choose "Submit A Testimonial" from drop down it will show the content of the form collapse but not the form collapse itself. Is this what you want?

    Kind regards.
