    Hello,

I have a multi page form and under preferences I have "Hide empty fields on emails" set to enabled on both fields.  Yet, when I test a submission the autoresponder email is still including empty fields

    Hi,

I checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43507582506961  Autoresponder Email and noted that it was customize or already Unlock.

Custom/unlock email will prevent the Hide Empty Fields in Emails feature from working on jotform.

Please add an Autoresponder again, but do NOT modify/customize it, and the feature should work again.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Thank you.  I don't remember ever locking that in the first place.  It certainly wasn't intentional!

I too ran into this issue, but I remember why I unlocked the table in the first place. The table columns do not auto-size to fit the contents, so the notifier emails were all very crammed, multi-line (word-wrapped) labels with lots of empty space on the right even with the submitted information.

Is there a way to adjust the column width on the notifier email without unlocking the table and therein disabling the "hide empty fields" feature?

Also, is either (or both) of these going to be addressed and/or fixed? Not being able to customize a notifier email without inadvertently disabling another feature seems like something to address, and probably something a lot of people have run in to.

    @ DMS_IT_TechSet

You have asked a followup question so I have moved it to a new separate thread here
