Hello,
I have a multi page submission, with an autoresponder that includes a link for the user to return. When I test a submission, I go back to the email and click the link. This brings me back to page 1 of the second (primary) form and my name and email address are there. However, when I hit the next page, my data is no longer there. If I leave it set up like this, I think many users will think their submission is not complete and will resubmit. What am I doing wrong.
Thank you. -

Hi,
I see that you have this session link
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43474852450962?session={email6}&email106={email6}&fullName3[first]={fullName107:first}&fullName3[last]={fullName107:last}
to go back to the Registration form.
What actually is not working here is the pre-population of session link.
The session cache data of the browser does not allow pre-population since they are immediately cleared after submission.
What I suggest you used instead is the Edit_Link in the Email which will give the link to the user to edit the existing submissions anytime.
user guide: -How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Is this what you were trying to achieve?
Please let us know if this solution work or not..
Thanks.

Hello,
I want the link they receive in the autoresponder to take them to the 2nd form, not the first. So I don't think the edit link will work. I think I will just not use the first autoresponder as I don't think I need it.
Thanks

The data is being saved to the session link upon hitting the Page Break Next/Back buttons. You might consider adding more Page Breaks to the 2nd (main) form.
The data will be saved after each filled section in this case (when user navigate to the next form section).
Please give it a try to see if works well on your side. Thank you.
