We received warning email for submission limit but I have not reached close to 100 submissions.

I was using the FREE version and got a notice that because I was getting close to 10 submissions in December, I needed to upgrade. I did upgrade but now I see that the FREE service allows 100 submissions/month. We do include payment on the registrations as well, but never have close to 100/month. I am very confused. Can you please clarify. Thanks.

Hello Robin,

Please be noted that in free account you can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure / SSL and 10 payment submissions. If you reach ANY of the limit, your forms will be disabled.

You received the warning email because you are accepting payment submissions in your form and you reached close to the allowed payment submission limit of 10 submissions.
