How do I allow someone to remotely edit my form?

I have a consultant who's helping me design my new form. How do I allow him to remotely edit my form? Do I have to give him passwords, username, etc

Well, that's about it.  I just want to know how somebody who's using a different computer accesses my form.  And what codes does he need to do this?

I"m not sure I know the URL that has this form, but I'll check.
