Is there any way we could form emails in different threads?

Is there any way we could get those emails in different threads? for example, we have positive and negative feedback forms in a page, but if someone fills up the negative feedback forms, it goes to the same email thread for positive feedbacks, how can we change this? 

Also, if a different user fills up that form, if goes to the same thread, we need individual threads for them.

In the subject line of your form notification email, add the Submission ID or the name field or the email field, for example:

So when you receive the emails, they are not stuck into the same thread. You will receive them as an individual thread.

Reading again your thread description, I think what you wanted to do is to group positive and negative feedback. Positive feedback to positive email thread and negative feedback to negative email thread? Is that correct? Let us know.

Yes, and different threads for different users as well, if 2 users send positive feedbacks, we need them in two different threads/email, same goes for negative ones.

I think that's possible by using two keys on the subject title which are the name field which would serve as the username and the positive/negative field which would identify if the user's submission is a negative or a positive feedback.
