I experimented with using HTTPS for a form and quickly exceeded my SSL limit. Yet I didn't predict that this would disable my HTTP forms! It should really only disable them when I use HTTPS. Now, I desperately need to be enabled fast...help!
Bug #2: I tried to upgrade to premium, so I can call your support line for this issue. However, the button on the pricing page does not do anything except return me to "my forms". I managed to guess the URL and upgrade anyway, however, it looks like it takes a while for the upgrade to go through so I am still out of luck.
Bug #3: the first 2 times I submitted this form, it said, "the page you are looking for cannot be found on our servers". Hopefully, it will go through this time...

Can you email us your username? I can reset your SSL counts. For some reason it is missing in the forum post. It looks like this is not your lucky day. :)
