Dropbox integration is not working

    I have managed to resolve the FTP integration on the 'Clone' version of the form, but alas the Dropbox integration is still not functioning.  I have double checked all settings - at a loss.

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing regarding your Dropbox integration.

    I did a test submissions with both an FTP and Dropbox integration active on the form. Both integration worked correctly.

    Can you attempt to recreate the Dropbox integration and do a test submission once again.

    Please provide us with an update once the integration has been recreated.
