I am having issues being able to download the form into PDF. I clicked on the PDF icon, and nothing happened. I was not able to open my forms and submissions into a PDF form and was not able to download them either. I tried to use my other submissions and see if I encountered similar issues, and yes. All of my submissions are experiencing similar issues. I tried logging out and log back in and it still have the same issues. Hopefully you will be able to fix the issues.

Thank your for contacting us for support. I did some checks on the PDF reports and everything seems to be in order. It appears that you are experiencing some cache issues with your browser. You can try clearing your browser cache to see if that will help.
