Get PDF button is not working

    Hi,

    I tried downloading PDF submissions and it was successful. It is working properly on my end. Can you please try these steps:

    1. Log out from JotForm.

    2. Clear you browser cache

    3. Close and reopen your browser.

    4. Log back in to JotForm.

    5. Test if you can now download the PDFs.

    Please try to check it as well on another browser, if any.

    If it is still the same, please get back to us so we can further investigate.

    Hi,

    I tried this wilh Safari, Chrome and Firefox.. I need help as we use this every day in our business and needing 2 forms today and cannot get them as pdfs?? Please help
