2. The export submissions to PDF option is not working. Excel is working, but it's not print friendly.

Thank your for contacting us for support. I did some checks on the PDF reports and everything seems to be in order. It appears that you are experiencing some cache issues with your browser. You can try clearing your browser cache to see if that will help.
It appears that this is a common issue lately and a ticket was raised to have this aspect of Jotform checked for any inconsistency. Please try the above resolution. If this does not work, please be patient as we await a response from our development team. Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused and I hope that a resolution will be provided shortly. I will update your thread once a resolution is given.
