How do I remove the extra “submit button” at the end of my jot form? I have 2 there for some reason. But when I go to edit the form and take it off it’s not showing..

    Hello Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re getting an extra submit button in your form. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?  Let me show you where to find the link:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab at the top of the page, and then click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Link to Share, click the copy link button.

We also have a guide about Where to Find My Form URL that you can check out.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support and for providing the URL of the App. However, when I view your App, I can only see one Submit button. See the screenshot below:

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain more information so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

If the problem is with the form you added on the Jotform App, you can edit the original form and remove the excess Submit button.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.

    Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. I have a submit button and a “quote me”
button. I only need the quote me button there because they do the same
thing. It would just look cleaner having the one button. Thank you!
    Best,
    Andrew

    Hello Andrew,

Thank you for the clarification. When I check the original form, there is only one Submit button which is the Quote Me but going to the App that you created, there is another Submit button. I tried to remove the Submit button on the original form and add a new one but still, the other Submit button is showing on the App.

I've escalated the issue to our Developers to have a deeper investigation. We may not provide you an ETA but rest assured that as soon as they lay their hands on the issue, they will have immediate action on this.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
